black & off white chevron pattern long sleeve dress, xs

black & off white chevron pattern long sleeve sheath style dress! material is a soft & smooth polyester/spandex combo. would look cute paired w/ tights, heeled booties & a big warm scarf! good condition, no rips/stains but the material is a little flawed- there is the look of a few grooved lines throughout the front of the dress for some reason (please see pics!) it bothered me so I stopped wearing it, bit it has so much life to live :) tag lists it as a size xs but pit to pit measures 18", waist 16.5", sleeve 24", length 34".
