Super cool vintage piece - 1990s/Y2K. Adjustable slits on both sides that can go up above the knee or be left fully zipped down, or one zipped up and the other left down, or anything in between. I never wear her so she deserves a better home. Super unique find in VGUC. Best for sizes 26-28 waist, unless you want to wear it low waisted in which case I’d say more like 23-25. Excellent for styling cool street wear fits or for an elegant night out look.
