black velvet high waisted below the knee skirt. this gem was handmade with love & features a curved waistband that's higher in the front to emphasize the natural waistline! unlined & has a small pleat in the bottom back to streamline the silhouette. great vintage condition- a small amt of discolouration inside waistband & two holes on inside lining of waistband but can't be seen from exterior. material has tendency to attract lint. waist measures 14", hips 20", length 35.5" (front measurement). please note: blue top is not included.
