black & white windowpane circle skirt

black & white grid print midi skirt that hits just below the knee when worn high waisted. print features intersecting black & white lines that connect with a blue square. elasticized waistband makes it easy to wear, and the skirt is nice & full (hangs nicely and twirls fabulously)! material is a soft poly/spandex blend. excellent condition. waist measures approx 13"-16" when stretched, length is 24.5". i wore it higher on the waist so i'd say it would fit a medium as well.
