blue/white striped blouse with pretty sash tie detail, size small

Fitted at the waist with a lovely off-the-shoulder lapel and a sash bowtie detail! Bought it while travelling. This is a pretty special and unique top that fits a size small to medium (maybe). On one side the seam just needs to be stitched in behind where the sash sits, but it’s a very easy fix!
