bnwt black pleated mini skirt / skort - size 14 XL

Super cute!! Tags still on. Black pleated mini skirt with built in shorts and silver hardware. Labelled a size 14W juniors but can def be worn by adults as well. Waist measures 35” but it falls a bit below the natural waist so would recommend if your waist is more like 33-34”.
