boys winter jacket states lg sz 10-12 , i would say this will fit a 5-6 yr old best, id give it a size 6/7 ( my son is 7 and it fits but tight and seems short ( worn once ) , good used condition , warm fuzzy hood , has some dog hair on the inner lining. .
