vanessado @cathib31 Hi I am really unsure how to measure this but i will try my best. the part that has the clip when lying flat is about 8" when adjusted to the tightest and just under 10" when adjusted to the loosest the part where the head will go through when lying flat is about 7" across my cat is 11.8 lbs but she is not a very long girl if that helps!
