deep amber ashtray

I could not find an exact replica of this particular ashtray. The starburst motif on the bottom of the piece would indicate mid century, my best guess would be that it is from the 40's given it's design; the piece has three rests that are large enough for a cigar- so the ashtray may have been made for that purpose, also given it's size- (it measures approximately 4.5 inches wide and 1.5 inches tall) it would have been for personal use or there may have been several placed for individual use at a diner party table or a place where the gentlemen convened for after diner cigars. Regardless, it has a very resolute and strong deep amber colouring- very eye catching- especially with the lines showing through from the bottom starburst imprint. The piece is in great vintage condition. There is some very slight wear consistent with age but nothing to distract the eye, please see photos/video.
