deux par deux Toddler Dress/Tunic

White and fluffy with felt appliqué flowers in navy,pink, white and grey with attached hot pink crinoline at the bottom. Size is 24 months but my daughter wore it as she got bigger as a tunic top too. I’d say you could wear it from 18 months to 3 years. In excellent used condition.
