brand new with tags down filled black puffer jacket for dogs. size medium but i would say it fits more like a small. bought for my 11lb cavalier king charles dog and it is too small for her :( 13 inches long from neck to back of jacket.width is 8.5 inches from under pit to pit. neck is 5 inches wide (this is from side to side so double every measurement by 2 except the length to get circumference) im charging 90- its new and i paid 80 plus 20 shipping. took 3 months to get online dont recommend
