For training small pups or indoor potty for small dog under 8 pounds I ordered 2 when my dog had back injury and couldn’t go out - still using same one - great shape - so selling second one brand new in package This 3 piece set includes top liner and base - top plastic grid helps keep feet dry You add training pad and clamp shut so stays in place and keeps dog feet dry - I use newspaper, circulars etc much cheaper and stays in place
