eliza j shift dress colour block

Good condition dress with beautiful shape! Zippered back. Brand is Eliza J, bought at The Bay. Note that there is a scuff on the white band. I tried to get a picture of it but I'd say it's a little more visible than in the picture. Tag says size 12. Pit to pit measurement is just under 18 inches.
