@pencvan So sorry about the delay! Bust is approximately 38” (generally pit to pit doubled). The person who wore it is a 36F bra size and it fits her. The fabric has stretch to it, but there are buttons so it doesn’t have infinite stretch or the buttons may begin to pull. I can add a couple more pictures of this exact vest on someone for reference.
