evening off shoulder gown

NEVER BEEN WORN Gorgeous off the shoulder gown in NAVY BLUE (picture shows black version) I had it shortened (i am 5”4) for my frame, but never ended up wearing this dress because we had to cancel our trip for the wedding. bought from melanie lynne it is seriously so stunning but i have nowhere to wear it. ruching at the back is so flattering on the bum, and the ruffles on the shoulder really make you look slimmer on top. so pretty
