This blouse is by xhilaration. It is a size XL and is in very good condition. It is blue and white pinstriped. It has a drawstring neck that ties leaving an opening at the front of the neck. Rust and beige flowers trim the upper front. The sleeves are 19 inches to the top of the flare at the end of the sleeve. The flare adds another 8 inches to the length of the sleeve. Ties that match the neck finish off the sleeves The total length of the shirt is 24 inches and it is 22 inches across the chest laying flat. (8)
