New with tags attached. These are super stretchy and comfy! Great also for dance. The tag says "one size" -- definitely compare these measurements with something you already own to ensure a great fit! Keep in mind that they are very stretchy as well. Lying flat, they measure just under 13 inches across the waist and 12 inches down the side. See pictures for exactly where I measured!
