floral v neck tea dress with tie waist

this dress is so cute but i never worn it. can be worn casually with sneakers or boots, or for a formal event with heels. the drawstring waist snatches you in and the v neck cut is flattering, but can also be altered with a safety pin or camisole underneath. the sleeves are loose, flattering the arms. i love the print of this dress
