collar is made of plastic beads. super flowy beautiful piece it is a lose fit i dont wear it because i dont have enough bust and also because i was super disappointed about the stains when i received it. wish i knew beforehand. under armpit stains and two of what seems to be rust stains on the side. they are not super visible when you wear it. maybe someone will be able to do magic and make them disapear. ill give it away with a purchase if anyone is interested ❤
