globe touch lamp 1975 vintage plastic multi level illuminated earth academia

This is a vintage 1975 Globe of Earth touch lamp. The globe spins, is plastic with excellent clear English labels, FUKUSHUN, base and bracket are gold tone metal, non tarnishing. Minor scratches, minimal age related wear. Wire, plug and bulb assembly in good working order. Uses 25 Watt Type S or smaller bulb (nightlight bulb) To change bulb, unscrew top, lift off globe from stand, replace. Easy. Do not recommend exceeding 25watt bulb as stated. Meant as softly lit decor, not really bright enough to read by. Marked 1975, made in Taiwan Bottom plate is plastic. Overall shiny and clean, but it is vintage and has a few scratches. Base about 6 1/4" across Globe is about 15" diameter Stands about 16" tall Perfect accent piece or nightlight. Casts a soft warm glow. Touch control works by touching base OR metal bracket. Globe spins and does not turn light on and off. As is, vintage condition, final sale ships in recycled packaging
