These have a fair amount of stretch to them. No tears. The colour is blue not gray. Just a lighting issue on dummy. Laid flat waist side to side 16.5 inches Rise 9 inches. Inseam 4 inches. They are stitched at the cuff to prevent them from rolling down. It is a small seam that could easily be removed if you would like a longer inseam. This would add an extra 2 inches to the leg.
