@blondiegirl1995 I'm not sure if new seller are aware that they don't get paid unless we confirm it arrives and declare that. 5 days since purchase. no tracking. posh sent them a notification to ship 🥴 keep you posted but since they have sold another item prior and it still doesn't show a average ship time I'm assuming they don't ship thing out

@jayliinne 😅 yea i dont think they understand how it works, I ended up ordering another phone from someone else on poshmart and it won't be here another 4 days or so, but I'm pretty sure I've been scammed as it looks like its a fake/iPhone clone so hopefully poshmart will help me out when it comes been stressing non stop 😭

@blondiegirl1995 if it not declared on the listing description posh will help. it like selling fake merch I'm pretty sure It illegal and if you stick to the technicality of it they are obligated to as it not what you purchased. but I feel comfortable buying through posh because they won't release any funds to the seller until I accept the order claiming it was satisfied and what was sent was advertised. if it wasn't or isn't sent they just put my money back that's why I took the risk on here.

@jayliinne all the listing says was iPhone 15 pro max under apple category, but he said in the private messages the ime and everything was good but wouldn't give it to me 😅 then I noticed things looked off not like the original but I can’t cancel it cause it shipped I’ve never done any kind of return before or spent a large amount on posmart before so hopefully it’s a easy solution 😅slightly hating on my self a bit for not knowing there such things as fake iPhones

@dd558 no what I learned is if you see sold item on profile but no ** shipping time frame on profile. it means they don't ship it out cause if they did it would give an amount of days. scam page . they claim it shipped but never drop it off so no tracking or progress was provided

@dd558 Poshmark is great platform to buy. that's why I buy from here. they sent me a refund and everything already. it the sellers you just got to be cautious of. I def would still buy from here. just alot of scammers don't know how the platform works. they won't get paid if we don't get our items.
