Dress up with heels or dress down with sneakers. The Fabric is polyester. the lie flat measurements are waist 13" (not stretched) and 18" stretched, the pit to pit is 18" and the inseam is 22". The rise from the crotch to waist is 12" The colour is best described as burgundy or wine. The photos are quite true to colour.
