It adjusts from the back to fit most sizes -- ild say size small medium would look Great with a flared dress or skirt. Clasps lock in the front where the radio meets together. shows some signs of use--- its been sitting in storage for a while. some light scratches and a bit of discolouration on the outside leather of the belt but it honestly looks like part of the design --to me anyways lol-- and also the belt was rolled up so the leather is a bit creased but that should smooth out over time/when worn! please review all photos and ask all questions prior to purchasing!
