I planned on getting back into running and never did, decided its not my thing anymore. I no longer need them as a prefer thinner/ less compression for working out. medium to high compression, Perfect for anyone running or activities including jumping so you dont knock anyone out with tht jello or give someones grandpa a heart attack. if your a size 6 in Aligns these should work as higher compression with lululemon size up to 8. nonsmoker.
