lesliehuck @nicthriftedit it can be a lot especially if there are a lot of people on the live. I’ve never done a live, but I joined one yesterday. At one point the posher had 200 people…so I think she was super overwhelmed with people begging her to add their items. I was lucky enough to get added to her tray and sell an item. It was fun!

nicthriftedit @lesliehuck that’s the thing! i’m sure she had a ton of people in there but were people actually buying stuff? viewer count doesn’t matter if people (esp the host) isn’t making money 🫠

lesliehuck @nicthriftedit I left after she had sold about 60 items. She threw in her stuff here and there but I felt like it was mostly a live to sell other poshers items. She asked what people were looking for so she tried to add those things.

lesliehuck @nicthriftedit it seemed like a lot but she was handling it like a pro. I don’t know about the amount of items you can have in the tray at one point. She was trying to sell things in the tray and wasn’t adding anything new until things sold, but then she started removing item and adding new. I’m getting stressed as I’m typing all of this. From a non-host it was fun. 🤣

nicthriftedit @lesliehuck I’ll look into it! I’ve seen ones where if you buy something then an item can be added to the auction. Obviously they’d have to be more reasonably priced pieces, but then it’s worth it for the host

lesliehuck @nicthriftedit yeah…some were reasonably priced and some weren’t. I think you could control that by what you put in the tray. 🤷🏼‍♀️
