mid-late 19th Century Oil Paining of a Cardinal

The painting is unsigned, as was the practice when working for the Church. For an arist to put his name on it was considered bad as they were working for the glory of god, not themselves. This painting shows it was stretched in Europe and framed in North America. I bought him at auction because I love old portraits. I have to sell my whole art collection as I am moving.
