mid-length linen dress with functional shoulder ties

handmade anaheim dress by the brand linenbyMN. I imported this dress, but found it slightly too tight across the bust. very disappointing, as it's so cute! it does not have the tags attached, but it is brand new, never been used, only tried on. this is the small/medium from their size chart, with a personalization of an inch and a half added to the skirt length. ptp measurement is 17 3/4 inches, length is almost 40 inches. *some pictures used from linenbyMN store on Etsy for description.
