miss lulo Corduroy Dress (S) BNWOT

Super cute and flatter knee length dress in a corduroy material, black with white mini star pattern. Purchased this at a small boutique on Main Street in Vancouver. I didn't get a chance to wear this before it got a little small for me. Even though it no longer has a tag, I've never worn it. The belt that it came with, seemed to not withstand the time that it hung in my closet. See photo.
