mr. wilkinson's vegetables cookbook: a cookbook to celebrate the garden. over eighty recipes that focus on making vegetables the highlight of your meal! i got this book thinking it was vegetarian (it is not) and found a lot of the recipes to be more aspirational. focuses on fine dining recipes, a great holiday gift for a chef looking to level up their game! great condition, sat untouched for many years. small amount of discolouration at top edge (see photo) but pages themselves are immaculate.
