navy with white stripes sailor mini dress, UK12

cute navy mini dress with two bold white stripes across the skirt bottom- very reminiscent of a sailor dress! sold by modcloth. silhouette is a flattering sleeveless fit & flare. material is a soft, medium weight cotton blend with a good amt of stretch. i love this dress so much, but i find it too short for me these days so i’d love to see it go to new home! very good condition. bust measures 16.5”, waist 14”, length 32.5”.
