Vintage. C. 1970s. Probably by Artistic Jewellery Canada (Canadian company!). No hallmarks. Smooth edges, polished steel. Catches light like diamond cuts but not sharp edged. Not Sterling silver. Not glossy coated like plastic or lacquer.
