The pictures don't really do this piece justice. This jacket was made as part of an exam for a Couture class and all the seams are finished with bias tape and it is the only one that exists. The jacket is truly unique with its contrasting textures of soft corduroy and crisp plaid inlays that sculpt the silhouette with its princess seams and curves in at the natural waist. It further enhances a silhouette with its open sides flared peplum effect on the hip. The sleeves feature a structured shoulder and a beautiful soft bell at the cuff. You can pair it with a skirt (or even a bustle!) for a theatrical look or a pair of skinny jeans and it becomes a ready to wear fashion piece.
