pretty EVER NEW brand dress perfect for summer!

Fairly new (not worn much), like the other things I list. It looks very pretty on. It has a low chest cut. It includes a belt to tie around the waist, or you can take it off as well. It’s a midi dress on a tall person but long on a short person. (5’3 and lower)
