This garment is chiffon, made from polyester—the material is sheer, but not too sheer. See photos. Manufactured circa 1980. This dress features a gorgeous flowy bottom half, 1/2 sleeves with matching tie, a faux wrap torso with discrete belt loops, and a defined waist. It falls just below the knee.
