reversible y2k grunge style mini skirt

indie made reversible skirt with detachable belt and pouch. the pouch comes with a strap so you can use it separately. one size fits most, as the waistband/belt is adjustable. fits up to xl. 100% cotton with metal hardware. i'm getting custo barcelona vibes from it :) no flaws (appears unused). the skirt is 45" undone laying flat, and can fasten to any size smaller. length is 14.5"
