This blouse has such a 1930s vibe with the flutter sleeves, I just adore it! 💄 Kimchi & Blue from urban outfitters 💄 Sheer printed polyester overlay and mesh form two layers, super breezy for warm weather! 💄 Flutter 30s style sleeves and keyhole tie in the back 💄 Red with B&W floral print GUC. A couple of spots on the sleeves where fabric is pulling away and fraying, but lots of life left.
