Cornflower blue, silky polyester with dotted print, wrap-style dress with elasticized waist. V-neck and mandarin collar. Elbow-length sleeves. Knee length. This is vintage from late 1970s-early 1980s. Made in Canada. Timeless style and unique colour. Comfortable and easy to wear and can be machine washed in cold water gentle cycle in a garment bag.
