small black floral gathered mesh dress from H&M

Dress is a black floral gathered mesh dress. Brand is H&M it is a size small. It has never been worn, it still has its tag on. When I tried it on at the fitting room it was soft and breezy. It’s care instructions are; Only non-chlorine bleach when needed No dry clean, Use a laundry bag, Machine wash cold, Line dry, Low iron. Reason for selling is that the breast portion of the dress is too small that it does not fit me. It mostly could take 32B
