This incredibly fun and sexy turquoise velvet halter top is in excellent vintage condition. '90s Candie's brand, with a cutout neckline that is everything. Perfect for festival season, or a fun night out. Size: small Length: 21 inches armpit to armpit: 16 in spandex/polyester blend *for reference model is 5'6, size 2, with a 26 inch waist *all of my clothing is vintage and therefore preloved.
