staedler watercoloured pencils 99% knew

These very soft to hold ergonomic colored pencil set are practically brand new it looks like maybe the white Wesley you still little bit and I don't think any of the other colors Pencils can be drawn and apply dry and then when wet they turn into watercolor!!
