stooshy cute short sleeve blazer

Black with tiny white polka-dot pattern , tie is part of jacket , puff sleeve with button closure, notch folded collar, fitted seams in front and back. I bought it new but never wore it ,now too small . Size marked xl but more like a large to medium ,ptp 19in. lenth 22in.
