super cute vintage-style cotton dress

The sweetest cotton dress in a 1950s vintage style. Flattering and fun! The lined skirt is full and great for dancing. The waist is accentuated with a bow. The back at the waist is smocked for a comfortable fit. Deep navy blue with red flowers and golden beige flowers. I loved this dress. I wore it to a wedding styled with a red necklace and gold shoes. This dress deserves a new owner who will take it dancing again. The neckline has quite a deep plunge, so I handstitched on a little lace panel that can easily be removed. I think it's quite sweet with a little bit of lace. Eshakti size 14, but see the size chart in the photos! Eshakti sizes tend to fit smaller around the upper torso. So this fits more like a US size 12. However, this dress is more forgiving around the bust and upper torso due to the surplice top and smocked elastic back. (I wore it as a size 12/14, bust 38B) The length is a few inches below the knee.
