super short blue terrycloth micro mini skirt

vintage 2000s extra short terrycloth mini skirt with a tie waist. colour code is "ice blue", it's a really nice cornflower blue irl. size medium. cotton/poly blend. some minor pilling on the inside and the string openings are a bit frayed - nothing too major though. made in canada! waist is 15" to 18", hip 18" to 22", length 11"
