It's in good shape. It's considered a shell, but it never came with an inner, good in rain, but not in cold. It's very thin material. Long, sits mid calf on me (I'm 5'2"). It has padded shoulders, it was bought a long time ago, but mostly sat in the closet. A decent seamstress should be able to take out the shoulderpads. Size 8 petite Even though it's long, it's a thin enough material to be able to drive in it easily without it bunching up.
