roseyrose13 @ravenhair I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your purchase. I assure you that I do not smoke nor anyone else in my home and I detest the smell of cigarettes because I am allergic to the smoke. The dress was freshly washed and I packed it with dryer sheets so it would not pick up smells or moisture while in transit. I want to make sure all of my customers are happy. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to turn your experience into a positive one.
