two-piece graduation dress

beautiful layered navy blue and blush dress, the skirt says size 8 but it fits me and i wear a size 27 waist in jeans. the top is a halter top with a corseted back so it can fit multiple sizes. the dress comes with a removable crinoline underskirt as well. asking 400$ :)
