vintage '70s drop waisted midi skirt

lovely skirt in excellent vintage condition. would fit as S-L due to the elastic waist. fabric tag is faded but this is a synthetic blend of some type. approximate flat measurements: waist 13" (to about 17" fully stretched) hips 22" length 31"
