vintage 70s handmade hooded cape

vintage 70s handmade with so much love by my mom for me. adorable one of a kind girls hooded cape it looks brand new so I don't believe I ever actually used it. beautiful Chinese embroidery accents with a playful rabbit and flowers ruffle trim on the hood that zippers open into a high collar tie closure Red Riding Hood vibes but in butter yellow. satiny finish, very lightweight, slightly insulated puffy feel. very professionally hand made she was a great seamstress. approx total length 32" I have no idea about kids sizes but this would probably be a one size fits all up to maybe an 8 year old? I'd keep it for sentimental reasons but have no idea what I'd use it for.
