vintage Betsy & Adam 80's/90's cocktail dress

Lovely little black vintage dress. has both halter and shoulder straps. Bust is a crushed velvet, then underbust is golden sequins in an elegant design. Buttom of dress is black ruffled chiffon. In excellent condition! One part of the golden sequin band has come unattached from the dress (see last pic). Nothing that ruins the dress and would be an easy fix if desired. Has union tag! No size tag (I want to say small/medium) approx flat measures: 15" chest 14.5" waist 32" length
